Re: Purchased game/DLC available on Origin but not the EA app

I noticed this issue yesterday after I tried out the new EA app. Even after clearing cache the game did not show up. Since I had an old Origin install file on my PC I tried uninstalling the EA app and installing Origin, to find that my game is still there in my Origin library; I even downloaded and played the game to test it out, and it worked fine.

I made a ticket with customer support yesterday and can share my case ID if needed. Thanks.
