So just to double-check; you can't find FIFA 22 in the EA app store at all?Are you maybe able to provide some EA app logs? They can be found in C:\ProgramData\EA Desktop\Logs and C:\Users\%username%\AppData\Local\Electronic Arts\EA Desktop\Logs.
You should be able to add them into a .zip file and upload it here as a post attachment.

I can't find DAI in the EA app store. I bought a key from Amazon and redeemed it successfully on Origin in 2020. I even played it for hours, and can still download it on Origin. When I tried entering the game key again, it is recognized as a key for DAI GOTY Edition but says that it has already been redeemed, which is true since I already redeemed it
While it doesn't appear in the collections tab of the EA app, I can see an icon without any art in the app's My Profile section.
I would greatly appreciate any help or update on the issue.
Thanks. hello i just redeemed the sims 4 highschool years on ea like the instructions told me, but I play sims 4 on origin. My ea and origin accounts are linked, does this mean i should be able to access highschool years on orgin?

@Ande_Carr724, Origin and the EA app are just launchers to launch the games that you bought from us. You log in with your EA account in either the EA app or Origin, and your items should be there. - @EA_Leeuw Thanks! Would it be possible to find out from them when or if the problem will be resolved? I hope this is not by design.
