Thank you for reaching out about this!


We are aware and working to get this fixed as soon as we can. We appreciate you bearing with us while we're looking into it. 

In the meantime, we've seen some reports that launching the game directly from the .exe may still allow you to play. If you're able to find the .exe under game folder/game/bin, give it a shot and see if you're able to launch it.

    Thank you for adressing this. 

    Would be nice if your new EA App displays such "news" on the mainpage. 

    Dont know how many people started the usual "find the problem on my side" procedere.

    I agree with you, I have spent the last few hours trying to fix this only to find this thread by chance after giving up on all other options!

    @samgoosie it is annoying, such a big company and afraid of doing a public statement "we know about the problems, pls be patient!" 

  • Any possible ETA on the fix Kent? I'm having a rough day and really want to play my game. Also thank you for letting us know.
