Re: Sims 4 packs aren't loading in game

I had a few issues recently where the game wasn't loading properly so removed and reinstalled the sims 4 to see if this helps solve the issue.

However, it now says the game needs to be reset so that I can use the packs I have bought. I've done this a few times and my EA account says the packs are all installed however they are still not showing in the game?

Anyone else had this and know how to fix?? Thanks!!
