Re: Sims 4 packs aren't loading in game

It’s showing the GP12 (werewolf pack) saved in the same location as the others

Do all your other folders have multiple language files like GP12? For reference this is mine:

The only location I know of that has multiple language files is in the Delta folder in the app:

I would trash that GP12 folder you have, repair the game then re-download it and open it to see which files are in there.

It looks like everything is how it should be. Just shows unowned when I launch the game. 

I have deleted the GP12 folder. Repaired sims 4. Re downloaded the werewolves pack and same thing. 

Yes all the other packs look similar. The only thing I can think of is I’m connected to a hot spot and not WiFi.
