Re: The EA app won't let me install Battlefield 1

Here are some screenshots. I think I had a trial version of BF1 before

  • @TheAnk3r try to see if you can get into origin to see if you have the trial version

My opinion is that trial version imposes so EA app can't detect it well

Now as you have this, try to go to EA support and put it, when they ask for the problem.you can send this post if you don't manage to explain yourself

Keep insisting, and always with good behaviour

Sure you will hit some agent that is really marvelous and will try to help as far as they can.

Also use origin to recover your serial key ( you can watch it on properties of the game, make an screenshot so they can check you which day you registered and which key is)

I am from phone so maybe I didn't explain myself well, don't hesitate to ask me anything

@NeiserblackThank you for the info, but I can't do anything in Origin. The popup message, which suggests I switch to EA App, blocks me from interacting with Origin. I could easily download and launch BF1 in Origin, but now it is impossible. So Origin is not supported anymore. And yes, I have contacted EA Support 3-4 times I reckon, described the whole situation with the game, showed them the screenshots, but no luck. They told me to wait until this issue will be resolved, but it's been a half year since the first time I contacted support.

  • @TheAnk3r search on internet, there are ways to install origin and use it, because they are taking down all methods posted here i can't put them
Search them you will find them easily

Once that take into account the code and keep contacting them, i had to run a lot of chats to being able to carry on that
