Are your expansions missing from Origin, or are your save files missing from your game?

Hey there @Tmgrl2,

At the moment, The Sims 2 is not compatible with the EA App, which is why you're not seeing that in your game library. Please keep an eye on the thread here for more updates on this. For The Sims 3, what exactly are you missing from your account?

    @EA_Solaire I can proudly say my Sims 3 gameplay is back up and running. I have experienced no crashes since the step by step guide giving to me. I do have some lagging but it’s not even 2 minutes long. I believe that’s my laptop system which I can live with. My problem has been solved!

    @EA_Solaire Hi, the saved games vanished when I did the last update. The game itself was still in origin an still installed on my computer, but when I started it, it acted, as if I had never played before. The saved games were gone, the tutorial started from zero.

    @242tee Hi, I tried the steps, but unfortunately my saved games are still gone. I guess I really have to start new again. But thanks anyway for your help. 🙂

    @Womiko 

    If your save files are missing from your game, we can try restoring those by following the steps listed out here.

    @EA_Solaire Thanks, but that is the first thing I checked. Nothing there. I wouldn't have come to the forums, if it were that easy. 🙂
    By now, I guess it's just everything gond.. all my years of work.

    So… question are you willing to get those saved files back?

    I am only asking that you give it a try, 1 TRY.
    I have restored saved games before and I was proud I did, it was worth it. 👍🏾
