Re: "There's a problem with your download"/"Something went wrong" EA app Error - '24

Hi, I'm having a problem with Xbox Game Pass PC. I can't download anything that I don't own yet I've tried to uninstall EA App aswell as clearing the cache. Tried to reinstall Xbox app aswell but the problem still occuring when I tried to download games it just shows Preparing and an error message will pop out that says "There's a problem with your download" as per attached picture.
