Re: "There's a problem with your download"/"Something went wrong" EA app Error - '24

Hey Team, 

I'm having some issues downloading the new Lovestruck Expansion Pack. I bought the packs off the EA app directly. I did encounter some errors when purchasing the pack. Not quite sure why, but after a second attempt the EA app showed that I owned the pack and my purchase was showing as completed through PayPal within both PayPal and my bank. 

When trying to download the pack it will begin to prepare, it'll sit there preparing for a moment before I get an error that states, "There's a problem with your download. Something went wrong during your download. Give us a few minutes, then try again." 
I have tried clearing EA app cache, I have restarted my PC, I have made sure I have adequate space for the download, I attempted to "repair" the Sims 4 game, and I have even went as far as to uninstall and reinstall both the EA app and my entire Sims 4 game. I was able to reinstall the game and all other packs just fine, except the Lovestruck Expansion Pack. 

Not quite sure what else I can do at this point. Any help would be appreciated!
