Received email confirming my position in the playtest

I had the playtest when it first came out and in the small periods of time we could play, it worked. Until I uninstalled it. now a year later it is not showing up at all. I've uninstalled and have went through the App Recovery Process with no success. Skate is my all time favorite franchise and I want to be able to play again SOOOOOO bad. please fix.

get me through to a member of full circle staff please or whoever controls the playtest appearing in my library.
