I have been getting the service limitations apply to my account when trying to sync GOG and EA. I seen something about location but I'm from Australia and don't believe we have any limitations.
This is my issue too. I thought I was banned or something. But no. I can't login to origin or EA at all.

My solution for linking issues is simple. Not practical all the time but if possible do this:
(Firstly, I stopped linking game clients/accounts over 4 years ago due to a few issues, not this particular issue but other weird stuff, on occaision happened. I don't think different launchers always interact well. Also, if Linking, essentially 2 game clients are used for one game. I have experienced no problems since completely stopping linking.)
It's simpe so I'll just give one example. It applies to all launchers, and linked games.
If I find a game on Steam that I want to buy, and on the store page it indicates requires linking to EA, or Epic, or anything, I simply close Steam. If it's a EA game I fire up the EA App and purchase directly using EA/EA app. That removes linking. One launcher, one game.
That solves all and any linking issues, obviously because no linking is involved.
It's a personal choice, and I know some people won't like my solution at all. Fair enough. I'm just putting it out there that now, after over 4 years, and many game purchases, always using the publishers/sellers app directly to purchase, launch, play, I have not had a single issue.
I'm not even recommending this, it's up to the individual, but using one app for one game removes linking completely, and solves quite a few issues that can happen. I don't blame EA, or Steam. I blame linking itself.
