Sims 3 Addons Gone!

I logged into the EA App today to purchase the Birthday Bundle, but I also wanted to download The Sims 3 on my new computer and instead of all the expansions and stuff packs I had it says I only have 1! Where did all my expansions go!?

    Cannot edit original post, but my Sims 4 expansions were missing too. I ended up reloading the app and it was a false alarm. They all back.
