technical issues

when ever i load up the game on steam for battle field 2042 i log in on my ea app and it keeps telling me that i cant  play with friends cause it says im starting up the game from a different app. wh...

I can't see any of my friends either, I tried all the solutions

    i did everything and my friends wanted to play today i just sat there looking up videos and nun worked.
