Unable to Download Paid Add On Sims 4

What the title says. I cannot for the life of me figure out how to download the Sims 4 add on I just bought. I used to go to the 'manage add ons' button but that's gone. At the bottom of the library it says something about the base game's Game Hub but I can't find that. I've tried just clicking on the game in the ea app but it just takes me to the store page. I clicked on the add on on the store page and it only gives me the option to buy it (I already bought it, I have the receipt). THe instructions in the receipt email say to go to 'My Collection' but I can't find that either. I'm at my wit's end. The interface is not user friendly.
