Hello, In Turkey, it is currently not possible to purchase any The Sims 4 content (EPs, GPs, SPs, Kits) via the EA App. I have received numerous messages from players experiencing this issue, and I have tested it myself to confirm. Content cannot be added to the cart, and therefore the purchase cannot be completed. This affects all packs, including newly released Kits, and is preventing players from accessing the game’s content. I kindly request this matter to be investigated and resolved as soon as possible.

    Since this issue has been ongoing for several days without any visible progress, they should to escalate this matter beyond standard support responses and forward it directly to EA’s sales/payment department or a higher-level team. This way, it can be properly investigated and resolved for all affected Turkish simmers.

    I’m having the same issue — I can’t purchase anything related to The Sims 4 through the EA App.
