You do not own this game.

I have been playing sims 4 on steam a lot for a very long time and all of a sudden tonight when I try to start it up, the EA app acts like I don't own the game. I changed nothing about the process of how I start up the game. I have the EA app open and I am logged in through the correct account. I cleared my cache too. I restarted my computer. What is going on?

    Hey there, 

    If you did not make any changes and you're using the same account as usual, there might be a temporary problem. If the problem persists, I suggest that you double-check if your EA and Steam accounts are linked by going to the Connected Accounts tab in your EA Account settings.
