Re: "You don't have access" error

I can't download TheSims4, EAapp tells me I do not own it even though it's on my library.

I tried erasing caché but there was no visible change.

Just to test, i logged from another account and downloaded it, i was able to do it without problems.

The thing is, I have add-ons and progress that I would like to mantain, but can't play from that account.

Any suggestions?
