infinite loading

Hi, I've made a login with a new account and I already had some games downloaded before on my PC. I don't know why but it didn't recognize them, even tho I have an Ea play account. I tried to uninstall them but now my account it's stuck in an infinite loop where it's loading all the games, I can't start any of them and so my EA play account it's basically useless.
