EA-app online - friendslist doesn't appear + Sims4 Gallery appears offline

Hi all!

Since the last update I've been having connection issues, whenever I'm on the work-network.
I work nightshifts and often play the sims when I'm at work (it's a doctor's, office, it's allowed)

Since the latest update, whenever I'm at work my friendslist in the ea-app is just a grey column (see picture) and when I load the game, I can never connect to the Gallery as if I'm offline.

But I'm perfectly online, I can use all websites, no connection issues whatsoever. The ea-app is connected and states I'm online.
I tried changing the stats of the network from public to private, I've deleted the app and reinstalled it, but nothing seems to work.

I only have this problem at the office, when I'm at home, at my parents, or when I'm on holiday I never have this issue.
