EA app starting

EA app starting problem

Recently i've had the problem where the EA app doesn't want to start up when a EA game is already running. Can acces it when there is no game runnin.

Meaning i can't acces my friendlist/chat and online status while in game.

When the app launches, it automaticly shows my status as offline. No matter how much i change it back, it'll always reset itself back each time the app is openend.

Could you please look into this. Having to close a game, just to start the app, switch status to online and then restart the game just to be able to play with a friend is pretty annoying since launching a game sometimes takes a while.
