EA Play Pro unable to download or play You dont have access error

Hello,

I am unable to download any games from the EA App. I recently purchased an EA Play Pro subscription, but whenever I try to download a game, I receive the error: "You don’t have permission for this game."

I have already tried the following steps without success:
- Cleared the EA App cache
- Uninstalled and reinstalled the EA App
- Reset my PC

My EA Play Pro subscription is active, and there are no server issues on my side, but I still cannot play any games. It has already been a week since my purchase, and I have not been able to use the subscription at all.

Please help me resolve this issue as soon as possible.
