Game wont download on ea app with xbox game pass

I have Xbox game pass and I cant download ANY ea game. When I want to download, it keep staying on 'preparing to download'. After some 15 min it gives error.

Even een vraagje. Je hebt dus Xbox Game Pass Ultimate, waar je EA Play voor PC EA app bij krijgt. Je hebt je EA account en Microsoft account correct gekoppeld?
