i am still not able to play fifa 23 because of a download error in the ea app

I have pre ordered the ultimate edition of fifa 23, but because of a bug in the ea app I cannot download the game. also trying through origin does not work. I been in contact with ea help 5 times but...

Ive have tried the following:

- clear the chache on both the ea app and origin

- reinstall both app and try it with the other app uninstalled

- try to install it on a different pc

- launched both apps as administrator

- every standard recommended by ea help

see dxdiag in attachments

    I got the same error on a different pc on the ea app, I haven't tried it with origin as I was only trying to figure out if it was a problem on my pc, which it wasn't. On origin I can download the game, however when trying to start the game, origin just freezes and nothing happens, so no errorcode.

    Ill try the clean startup of windows, when I get back to my pc.
