Payment Error

hello,

i get the following error everytime i want to buy something from the EA store

'We were unable to verify your credit or debit card. Please check your payment details and try again. Alternatively try another credit card or payment option or check with your card issuer or bank."

Everything i filed in is correct and i even tried paypall and that doesnt work either. Is there something wrong with your payments?
