Refuse to update

I have The Sims 4: Fitness Stuff pack, and for some reason, it needed an update. I tried to update it, but it gets stuck at 2% and then refuses to continue. I restarted the EA app (on Windows 10), restarted my computer, and even cleared the cache, but it still refuses to update.

Now, when I try to play the game, it doesn’t detect (or enable) the pack anymore, so I can't play the world or use any features related to this pack. If I continue without it, I might lose items or parts of builds that use content from it.
