Multiple glitches in game

hello,

Me and my friend wanted to play rivals together. Then it turned out that we have black screen.

Additionally we have been waiting for 5 minutes and nothing happened therefore I decided to restart the game and suddenly my friend got into game. We got minus 1 level. Afret restarting game I entered his party and we started next match. Futhermore I cannot have used my joystick therefore we lost the match. However it was not issue with my joystick owing to the fact that i could have been using my joystick during the pause. And after struggling entire match we lost 5-4. I surmise it is not fair and it is pretty annoying. Sorry to bother you, however My friend and I should get refund. Please contemplate it.
