Problema de inicialização/Initialization problem

Quando clico para abrir meu jogo, carrega até dizer que meu computador não está online e nunca abre o jogo, já tentei todas alternativas possíveis, desisntalar e instalar de novo, apagar cache, pastas e etc. Sempre da a mesma coisa/When I click to open my game, it loads until it says that my computer is not online and the game never opens. I have tried every possible alternative, uninstalling and reinstalling, clearing cache, folders, etc. It always ends up the same.
