EA Play Pro active, Battlefield 2042 shows only “Buy” in EA App (PC)

Hello.

I am playing on PC (Windows 10 Pro).
I have an active EA Play Pro subscription since December 14.

Battlefield 2042 is included in EA Play Pro on PC, but in EA App the game only shows “Buy”.
I cannot download it.

I have already tried:
- clearing EA App cache
- restarting the app and PC
- reinstalling EA App
- checking that the subscription is active

This looks like a missing entitlement / license issue on my account.

Please advise or escalate this to the EA Account / Entitlement team.
