EAFC 24 does not see controller

i am PC user, bought the game on ea app, done running through steam and used steam settings, game starts with controller (choose settings menu) but controller is not working sicne i am pressing buttons but it is not allowing me to play, i fixed the problem yesterday by connecting dualsense directly using cable, but today again it is not working at all
