Error ea app

I bought the Mass Effect Legendary Edition game on Steam. I had played it before through Geforce Now, and everything was fine, but at one point I launched the game and got this error: “ea app There's been an error. Try resetting your password and restarting your game.” I tried everything, but this error won't go away.
