Key refund

I bought a collection of additions and the sims 3 in Steam, but wanted to return the money after some time. I thought that I would actively play the game but changed my mind, and before that I activated the keys that Steam gave me for the game itself and additions in EA, and now in Steam they took the game from me by approving the return and in EA everything remained, how do I remove the game and additions?
