Request for Refund on Game Purchase
Dear EA Games Support Team,
I encountered significant issues with your platform that prevented me from using my purchase:
- I purchased the game on my Mac but did not install or play it.
- I planned to transfer the account to my iMac, but encountered multiple errors.
- I could not log in to my account due to verification codes not being sent to my email.
- Accessing the order history to request a refund was also impossible.
As a result, I created a new account on my iMac and repurchased the game to play it. The first purchase remains unused, and only one day has passed since I made it.
I kindly request a refund for the initial purchase. If this issue is not resolved, I will pursue the matter through administrative channels as it has become a matter of principle. Your system wasted over 5 hours of my time and caused frustration.
