World Code not working

Subject: Help with Sims 3 World Code – Already Redeemed in EA App

Hello,

I purchased a world for The Sims 3 via EA App on May 7. I successfully redeemed the code in the EA App, and the world appears in my game, but I’m unable to register the code on thesims3.com — it says the code is invalid or already used.

However, the world does not appear in my Purchase History on thesims3.com, so I can’t download or install it from the Sims 3 Launcher.

Could you please help link this world to my Sims 3 account, or provide a new code that works on thesims3.com?
