Won champion match but got a lost instead

I won champion match 4-3 but when I'm about to advance to finalize, ea dc me from server, when I got back I got a dnf(did not finish) then ea result me a lost instead, I'm still waiting for their respond and I'm very upset with ea since this is not the first time.
