[Bug] Avatar in topic differs from forum profile

Did some further troubleshooting:

• Changing my avatar in My Settings: Personal this change is picked up and both in topic avatar and hovercard one get updated
  
• But once I change back to my Cyberpunk one the old two-avatar mess is back
• Also tried a forced refresh in Chrome to ensure none of my avatar image assets are cached to no avail
• Bonus: As you can see in this very topic it seems to only affect the topic starter avatar. My replies show my correct avatar

It took a while to get the caching issues with images addressed. This should hopefully be working correctly now.
Can you give it one more try to confirm?
