FC25 constantly being hacked

I have been playing since September and have spent a lot of time and money on my game. I logged on one day and found that someone had been in to my account and sold all my players. I contacted the EA live chat and was told they would look in to it and get back to me, I heard nothing then for over a month. When I went back on to the live chat to ask for an update on the progress of my issue I was told as it had been more than 30 days there was nothing that could be done about it. So I've lost my players and my money and don't know where to go from here. This is not the first time this has happened and I have changed passwords and done the double verification and somehow people still manage to get on to my account and sell my players! Any advice?
