Issue with ea account and skate login

Yes Ive got the same error code from skate and trying to fix it I try to access my ea account and it says log in I click my Xbox and it says send verification code and I've done this a million times and I never once received a code so I can log in and go thru my settings and check all of them but like I said no code actually arrives and I can't get in I contacted ea help and it said 16 min wait time I waited well over an hour and ran to the bathroom and I'm gone 5 mins to come back to the chat being closed and now it will not let me create a new case to try to get help and I'm seriously on the verge of being done with EA all together no more games no more recommendations nothing so seriously if I can't get help very soon bc I been at this for months straight and probably a year or 2 on an off trying to get in to my account just to change my email from an old one I don't use anymore so please help EA of you will lose a loyal customer of well over 10 years bc yous will not help me with my issue and I've read off the the help things about it and nothing helps I don't wanna be done with EA but this is my last try and all bc I can not get a hold of someone to help, sorry for the rant but Im fed up with fighting the help site to actually get help! And yes I've tired to reopen the case but it just takes me to help suggestions and doesn't actually reopen it and I seriously need help before I completely give up on ea
