No support on f1 25

I have been unable to play f1 25 for the last couple of weeks. Every time I try to play I get to the original loading screen and then it crashes. I have spent the past week non stop researching this and trying to figure out how to fix this. I have tried literally every single method that exists for fixing a crashing game and I would love to hear any other methods that exist. I also don’t understand how it is even legal for ea to not have any type of functioning customer support for f1 25. How do they manage to make a game so bad that it won’t even start on a computer and then not even have anybody to help you fix it. This is were ea gets its reputation for being awful I guess.
