Game crash after wheel disconnects on PS5
On multiple occasions since the latest patch, some of us have experienced game crashes after their wheel disconnects from the PS5. We've encountered this issue with different wheel bases, including the T598, Fanatec CSL DD Pro, and Gran Turismo DD Pro (8 Nm). It might be related to the wheel rotation setting. After I randomly changed the rotation to 300°, the game crashed almost immediately on the following corner. I then set it back to 360°. The crashes still occur, but they seem to happen less frequently. I hope this issue can be resolved soon. Best regards.F1 26 Pack Career Practice issues
so i booted up the f1 26 career, in practice in australia for some reason my fuel saving practice has 2/5 objectives and the 3 part specific objectives just tell me they're whatever tab i was on previously in my case fuel saving or tire management. when i try to quick practice the entire things greyed out and says theres no objectives at all there.Loss of force feedback on controller. Broken game.
Good evening. It is a disgrace that the game has been out for 2 weeks and no patch has been released to fix the issue with the loss of force feedback on PS5 controllers. It is unplayable. You lose the vibration, you have no sensitivity, and it is impossible to play. Last year it happened on a few tracks like Azerbaijan, but now it's already happening in Azerbaijan, Spain (Madrid), the Netherlands, Brazil... This is no longer a complaint about a lack of content; it's that the game is simply unplayable. IT IS A DISGRACE.[MEGATHREAD] Infinite loading after confirming Fan Zone choices
So, in and of itself, everything's working fine so far in the game, but there's a massive bug when you're in the fanzone. You can't get out. The ESC/Back button doesn't work, so you just have to force the game to crash. and the switch between the different menus is much slow. wow.Vibrations turning off on controller
Randomly in online races, usually when someone in the lobby is lagging, all vibrations either reduce to a low setting or completely stop on PS5 and it makes the car extremely difficult to drive. A quick fix is to pause and un-pause the game, bringing back vibrations momentarily until they break again, usually within a lap. An easy fix would be to make vibrations client side if possible to avoid lag breaking them. This has been happening for the whole of F1 25, but since the 2026 DLC released it seems to have gotten worse. As far as I know this only affects PS5.Online Lobby Sprint Full Race Qualifier Starting Position not in the Race
Hello EA/Codemasters Support Team, I would like to report a bug in F1 25 regarding online lobbies during Sprint weekends. Platform: [PC / PlayStation / Xbox] Game mode: Online Lobby / Multiplayer Weekend format: Sprint Weekend Bug description: In online lobbies during a Sprint weekend, the qualifying results are correctly used as the starting grid for the Sprint race. However, after the Sprint race is finished, the Sprint race result is then incorrectly used as the starting grid for the main Grand Prix. This happens even though a normal qualifying session for the main race has been completed. We have tested this multiple times in our league racing environment, and the issue occurred repeatedly. Expected behaviour: The starting grid for the main Grand Prix should be based on the results of the Grand Prix qualifying session. Actual behaviour: The game uses the Sprint race finishing order as the starting grid for the main Grand Prix, ignoring the qualifying results for the main race. Steps to reproduce: Create or join an online lobby. Select a Sprint weekend format. Complete the qualifying session for the Sprint race. Complete the Sprint race. Complete the qualifying session for the main Grand Prix. Start the main Grand Prix. The starting grid is based on the Sprint race results instead of the Grand Prix qualifying results. This can cause unfair starting positions in online races, especially in league racing, because the qualifying session for the main race does not seem to affect the grid correctly. Thank you for looking into this issue. Best regards, RomitHHF1 25 crashes immediately with black screen
I am experiencing a critical issue with EA Sports F1 25 (Steam version). When I try to launch the game, it shows a black screen for a moment and then crashes immediately. I was able to play normally until around June 5, 2026. F1 24 also started showing the same crash. All other Steam games work fine. No mods are used. Please see the attached video for the exact symptoms. Hi everyone, good afternoon. I’m dealing with a terrible issue. I play on an Xbox Series S and have a Logitech G920 steering wheel that is practically new (9 months old, in perfect condition) with the firmware fully updated—everything is in order. I use it almost exclusively for *F1 25*. Recently—specifically after the release of the *F1 25* DLC featuring the 2026 season—the wheel started behaving strangely. After a few minutes of gameplay, it loses force feedback, spins all the way to one side, and locks up, with the white light flashing continuously. I’ve read that this could be a communication interruption issue and that it’s best to use the console's rear USB port (which I do) while keeping the standard controller plugged into the front USB port (which I also do). The odd thing is that this problem only happens in *F1 25*. In other games, like *Forza*, the wheel works perfectly. Official Xbox support can't help me because the wheel works in other games, so it’s not a console issue. It’s the same story with Logitech support—they say it’s not a wheel issue. As for EA support, it’s handled by AI; to speak to a human, you have to open a ticket (which I’ve done) and wait—who knows how long. Has anyone else experienced this? Or does anyone have any ideas on how to help me solve this problem? I’d appreciate any help at all.Bug in rain
When the races are in the rain, I can't use the boost, nor can I switch between the different battery maps. Another thing that happens and is very strange is that in the active aerodynamics detection areas, the beep sounds to activate the ailerons, they do not open visually, but in the hud it appears as open. It is bugged so much that you can even do it always after a few meters from the detection area. This occurs in all game modes.
