How can I contact EA for Playtesting Support?

Hi everyone,

I was accepted for an upcoming EA Playtest, but the pre-load was supposed to become available yesterday, and I still haven't received any further invitation or instructions. The game also isn't showing up in my EA App library.

I've been trying to contact EA Support, but I can't seem to find the right place to do so.

The EA Playtesting website doesn't offer a dedicated support option, and the EA Forums seem to redirect Playtest-related issues to EA Help due to NDA restrictions.

However, EA Help only allows me to select specific games or account-related issues, and the Game in Question isn't listed there.

Does anyone know how I can contact the appropriate support team or get help with this issue?

I'm not looking to discuss any confidential Playtest details, just trying to figure out where to get support.
