Camera angle

I bought Madden 27 this morning. After installing and setting up my franchise, I saw the camera angle was from the sideline instead of behind center as it has always been. I went into visual settings to check the camera angles (All-22, standard, broadcast, etc. and none of them seem to change it back to the old perspective. I have to say I hate it. Is there a way to change the settings that I am missing?  HELP! 

I know you can change the visual using the controller before the ball is snapped, but that's only temporary.
