EA app password

I have an account since 2023 that I know the email and password, I can log in without any problem. I used to have the Origin app but haven't used in a while, today when I tried to open the app it say...

It's been a while since we last heard from you. Were you able to fix the issue? If not, please pop into your reply the answer to those few questions. I'll be better able to make relevant suggestions once I understand the challenge a bit more.
