I Had Playtest Dates...

I was so hyped as the new skate game had a new playtest session. I had signed up for all 3 days and I'm so excited I went back to check on my dates just to show there's nothing upcoming. then when trying to contact or connect with EA it shows me that i need to start a case or directly chat with ea and it legit brings me to a full circle while getting nothing done... HELP I JUST WANT TO TEST SKATE.
