UFC 6 PS5 – Tattoos and Custom Face Not Visible to Other Players

Hello EA SPORTS UFC 6 Team,

I am experiencing a problem with my created fighter in UFC 6 on PlayStation 5.

My fighter’s tattoos and customized face appear correctly on my screen. However, other players cannot see my tattoos or customized face during online matches.

I previously received a 7-day suspension from September 13 to September 20, 2026. The suspension has ended, and EA Support confirmed that it is inactive.

Despite this, my fighter’s customization is still not visible to other players.

I am concerned that this might be caused by a remaining account restriction or a technical bug.

Could you please investigate my account and help resolve this issue?

Game: EA SPORTS UFC 6

Platform: PlayStation 5

Issue: Other players cannot see my tattoos or customized face.

    I confirmed that my fighter customization is not visible to ANY other online player in UFC 6 on PS5. My new hairstyle, tattoos, and custom face appear correctly on my screen, but everyone else sees the default fighter. I even removed and reapplied the tattoos and changed the hairstyle, but nothing changed for other players. This started after my 7-day suspension ended. Please escalate this to the UFC team and check for a customization sync issue or account restriction.
