UFC ultimate edition code not working in my region.
Hi! I recently won a UFC 6 Ultimate Edition giveaway, and I was really excited to redeem the code. Unfortunately, when I tried to claim it, I found out it’s for a different region and isn’t available in mine. I was wondering if there’s any chance you could provide an EU version of the code instead, or if there’s another way to help. I’d really appreciate it, as I was genuinely so happy to win and have been looking forward to playing UFC 6. The game is bugged and matches are not starting properly. After waiting, the match eventually ends and I get counted as if I abandoned the game, even though I never left. I do not have any connection or internet issues on my side. My internet is working perfectly in other games and apps. Now I am restricted from playing, and I do not even know how long the restriction will last. I also paid real money for a booster, and now I am forced to waste it because of this issue. If the game has problems like this, the restriction window should at least be shorter or not applied when the match fails to start. I am asking for the restriction to be reviewed and for my booster/points to be refunded, because I am losing them due to a game-side issue, not because I abandoned any matches.How to report a technical issue or bug in UFC 6

Technical Issues Technical issues are problems that can often be solved with some troubleshooting. Check below for some common examples. Examples of Technical Issues Connectivity, disconnections, lag, unable to access account or game Account issues, updating email/password, bans or suspensions, etc. Trouble installing the game Before you post, be sure to use the search bar to see if anyone has already posted about the issue you're seeing. Searching for key words might help you find a thread where your question may have already been answered. While it's tempting to make your own separate thread for more visibility, having multiple examples of an issue from multiple players in a single thread is vastly more helpful. If you're ready to make your post, we have a few things we ask you to keep in mind: Be as detailed as possible! Include the appropriate tags for the platform you're playing on and technical issues. Let us know how long the issue has been happening. Give us a heads up on any troubleshooting steps you've already tried yourself. Share as many specific details on the issue as possible. This can include: Any error codes you're getting Where exactly the issue happens in-game The name of the specific Mode, Player, etc. that's giving you trouble If you need some tips on troubleshooting some common technical issues, here are a few steps we recommend taking first: Experiencing lag, disconnections, or trouble connecting to the servers? Connection Troubleshooting Having an issue on an Xbox console? A good place to start with Xbox troubleshooting is power cycling your console. This can help with many of the most common issues we see. This process doesn't erase any of your games or data. How to power cycle your Xbox console: Turn off the Xbox console by pressing the Xbox button on the front of the console for about 10 seconds until it shuts down completely. Unplug the console’s power cable. Wait 10 seconds. Important: Be sure to wait 10 seconds. This step resets the power supply. Plug the console power cable back in. Press the Xbox button on your console to turn on the Xbox. Having an issue on a PlayStation console? Power cycling is usually the best place to start with PlayStation troubleshooting as well. This can tackle most of the common issues you might run into. How to power cycle your PlayStation console Touch the power button on the front of the PS5 for at least 7 seconds (until the system beeps twice). Turn it back on after 5 minutes. Launch the game. Tip: If you are using an external hard drive for your console, whether it's for UFC 6 or another game, please check to ensure all game updates are going to the same drive. Having files located on the internal and external drives could lead to potential performance issues or errors. If you are installing the game on an external hard drive and experience crashes or errors, try re-installing to the internal to see if the results vary.
