Connecting EA account with PSN account

(Excuse me for any spelling mistakes, English isn't my first language)

I once connected my EA account to my PSN account which was on my brother's mail, though we shared that PSN login across our accounts. But since it was his mail, when I connected my PSN with EA, it directly connected my brother's account instead of mine, the one I use to play Apex. 

I also believe that this is the reason as to why I never received my claimed Twitch Drops on my account, they likely all went to my brother's old, unused account.

So I recently changed my PSN login to my mail and disconnected my PSN account from my EA account and tried to connect it with my new PSN mail however it says that an EA account can only be linked to 1 PSN account in it's lifetime. The issue with this is that my brother's mail is a really old one that nobody has access to anymore, so right now my EA account is practically connected to nothing and I was hoping that someone at EA could possibly help me with this issue.
