EA games not launching

Hello,

I have several EA games (Battelfield 2042, F1 24) that worked fine before. I also played the BF6 beta fine. All games were purchased and installed through steam. But somehow all EA games are not launching. The splash screen shows, but when the game is supposed to start, the game shuts down with no error message or anything.

I suspect the EA anti cheat is the issue, but uninstalling, removing and reinstalling the anti cheat and repairing, uninstalling and reinstalling the game does not solve this issue.

What's going on and how can I fix this ? Because all the EA games are not working anymore. Other games work just fine.. do what can be the issue here?

Kind regards,

Martijn

  • Well, the support started promising but after the first reply all went silent. In the meantime I also contacted my motherboard manufacturer MSI and that support was alot better. It looks like the EA anti cheat started to check the TPM2.0 attestation and that was not working correctly with my bios. Even though I could play BF6 beta that also checked the TPM2.0 and secureboot feature, that worked fine. But now they've started testing the TPM attestation and that was a known issue on AMD chipsets. MSI just released a new bios version today for my specific motherboard that fixed this issue and now all started to work again.. Just thought I'd share this info for others.

Ja hoor. Zie bijgevoegd.

Andere spellen zoals COD  en Ready or Not spelen wel gewoon. Dus lijkt zich wel te beperken tot EA games.
