issue with Battlefield 6 on my PlayStation acc.

I’m having an issue with Battlefield 6 on my PlayStation and hoping someone here might be able to help.

I just bought BF6 and, when I tried to log in to my EA account on the PlayStation, I found out that it’s linked to a random email address that I don’t have access to. I’m not sure how this happened, but it’s definitely not my account, and now I can’t play the game.

I’ve already tried reaching out to EA Games through email and their support, but I haven’t received any response so far, and it’s really frustrating, support chat is not working. I’m stuck because I need to unlink my PlayStation account from this mystery EA account, but I can’t find any way to do it on my own.

Has anyone else dealt with something like this? Is there any way to unlink my PlayStation from the wrong EA account without EA’s help (or at least get in touch with someone who can resolve this)? Any advice or suggestions would be greatly appreciated!
