I got the same problem, got hacked, account is linked but not mine. Cant find this email of the person who hacked it anywhere in my settings or account. Cant get rid of this person. Deleting doesnt work or isnt solving this issue. Cant get to the ea chat either.
Do you have it solved in Meanwhile? If yes please let me know what to do.
