Tradeable Wirtz lost due to server desync – case #223661383
Hello,
I’m posting this to document an ongoing issue linked to case #223661383.
Due to a server desync, my tradeable Wirtz card appeared as tradeable in-game while the server flagged it differently.
To make sure the feature worked correctly, I first tested applying a cosmetic item on another card — that card remained tradeable after the application, so everything seemed fine.
When I did the same with Wirtz, the game still displayed him as tradeable, but due to the desync between client and server, he was actually untradeable on the backend.
As a result, I permanently lost my tradeable version of Wirtz.
EA Support has already acknowledged it might be a system-related glitch, yet I haven’t received any follow-up from the technical team. I’ve now filed a formal complaint, but I’m posting here in case others experienced similar desync issues or visual mismatches on Ultimate Team.
Any input from EA Community Managers or other players would be greatly appreciated.
